In accordance with the relevant provisions of the *Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China*, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have decided to implement a temporary export ban on helium (Customs Commodity Code: 2804290010).
This Announcement shall come into effect on the date of its promulgation; any subsequent adjustments will be announced separately.
